Mr. McKenzie is a partner at Bingham Greenebaum Doll and he is also Team Leader  of Mergers and Acquisitions, Team Co-Leader of Beverage Alcohol and Co-Chair of Corporate and Transactional Practice Group with the firm. Jeff has been involved in the successful negotiation of hundreds of millions of dollars in economic incentives; acquisition, rezoning, financing, development, leasing and sale of industrial, commercial, recreational and residential properties and air rights; the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts; numerous appearances before planning commissions and other government agencies and authorities, and numerous mergers, acquisitions and other corporate matters.
