Pallas Launches REDI Disciplines Course

October 20, 2010 – Pallas Partners announced today the launch of its REDI disciplines seminar series. The course is an 8 session series taught and led by principals of leading firms throughout the Louisville business community. The series was created as a response to client needs in navigating through current marketplace challenges. Led by COO Lewis Rudy, Pallas has constructed an extensive, results-generating learning series designed specifically for business owners facing major challenges in both their business and operations.

Response has been extremely strong as the series has sold out all 35 seats. The series meets once a month for 8 months and each session is led by a different subject matter expert. “The genesis for this series was the complexity of issues our clients and prospects are facing and their strong desire to have solutions provided in a learning environment”, stated Lewis Rudy, Pallas Partners President and COO. As the REDI tag line infers, business owners will learn to recognize opportunity, expect and predict results, decide course of action and implement changes that drive profitability. Pallas has brought together some of Louisville’s top subject matter experts to teach the series and provide a multi-discipline approach. “What makes this series unique is that not only are we providing incredibly valuable content but we are doing so in an objective non-sales oriented environment that provides access to some of the best business minds in Louisville” said Rudy.

Attendees of REDI Disciplines Course will gain immediately actionable takeaways from every session. This senior level peer group structure is designed for each attendee to create their own individual strategy relative to their unique position. REDI graduates will gain the tools to change thinking and behaviors that position their company for wealth generation and success. Due to continued demand Pallas expects to launch a second series in 2011 and already has received reservations from interested parties who could not get into the initial series.

The REDI Disciplines Course seminar is held the second Wednesday of the month from 7:30am to 9:30am. Each month a high-impact topic is discussed with work effort and breakout group dialogue. In addition to the peer group, attendees have ongoing access to subject matter experts.
